ROUTE: CHINA: HANOI - SHILIN - KUNMING 

• Zhonglu Campus Road – A dreamy purple avenue lined with jacaranda trees, offering romantic backdrops for stunning photographs. 

• Stone Forest Park – A magnificent natural wonder of limestone formations, one of Kunming’s most iconic landscapes and a must-visit for photographers. 

• Daguan Pavilion – A serene lakeside landmark featuring intricate ancient architecture, embodying Yunnan’s timeless charm. 

• Itinerary curated by professional photographers, with carefully scouted shooting locations. 

• Creative photo concepts designed to help each participant tell a unique visual story. 

Morning:
00:00 – Gather and depart for Lao Cai International Border Gate.
05:00 – Arrive at Lao Cai, breakfast en route.
07:00 – Complete immigration procedures into China, then transfer to Stone Forest Park (~4 hours). 

Noon:
Lunch at Shilin. 

Afternoon:
Explore Stone Forest Park (open 07:30–17:30).
Continue to Haiyan Ancient Fishing Village, enjoy sunset views (1.5-hour drive).
Sunset typically from 17:00–18:40. 

Evening:
Dinner, then drive to Kunming for hotel check-in.
Overnight in Kunming. 

Morning:
Breakfast at hotel.
Visit Dianchi Lake to photograph or feed seagulls (before 9 AM).
Explore Yunnan Ethnic Village.
Continue to Daguan Pavilion and Su Garden, the filming site of Joy of Life 2, featuring symbolic moon and sun gates. 

Noon:
Lunch at local restaurant. 

Afternoon:
Stroll along Zhonglu Campus Road, famed for its jacaranda blossoms.
Enjoy local ice cream – a symbol of Kunming’s spring charm. 

Evening:
Dinner, with optional visit to Dounan Flower Market or Old Town Kunming.
Overnight in Kunming. 

Morning:
Breakfast at hotel.
Visit Panlong River and Jiangtan West Road to photograph jacarandas in full bloom. 

Noon:
Lunch. 

Afternoon:
Transfer to Shanghe Courtyard, about 1 hour from city center, for photography and relaxation. 

Evening:
Dinner and overnight in Kunming. 

Breakfast at hotel.
Free time to enjoy coffee and morning views of Kunming (at own expense).
Check out and travel back to Vietnam. 

Noon:
Lunch in Mengzi, where you can try the local specialty Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles. 

Afternoon:
Arrive at Hekou Border Gate, complete immigration procedures, and return to Hanoi.
End of the journey.
